Series DZC Waste Oil to Diesel Oil Distillation equipment is special for recovering the black waste oil to new diesel oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. DZC machine effectively transfer waste oils to diesel oil under high temperature distillation, DZC works under 420ºC temperature, makes Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil.
Features and Advantages
I.DZC Oil Distillation way is under high temperature distillation (110ºC to 420ºC), the oil recovery rate is over 90%.
II.DZC Heating device are optional, there are electric heater, oil-burner furnace, natural-gas furnace, also you use the coal furnace, the burning material is fuel, natural gas and coal. For the fuel, it can be the final product from DZC machine (diesel oil).
III.DZC distillation kettle adopts the Special Q345R or stainless steel 304.
IV. There are two kinds catalyst, liquid catalyst or gas catalyst, The buyer can choose any one of it.
V.DZC distillation kettle adopts the blender, which always working when oil heating,
avoiding coking happening during the distillation process.
