Question1. What's the working principle of the waste oil recycling machine ?
Answer: Adding one kind of catalyst (NAOH) by a ratio way (The catalyst is common chemical, which is available in most countries, The chemicals cost is USD 15 to distill one ton waste oil) to catalyze the waste oil. The mixed waste oil will be heated to (from 110ºC to 350ºC) different temperature range under high vacuum condition in the distilling kettle, the waste oil is vaporization, then the oil-gas goes into the effective oil cooler, oil-gas condense to liquid oil again after through the oil cooling system. The production can be the gasoline oil, diesel oil and base oil SN150, SN350, SN500.

A: Generally, our goods packed by wooden box. And machines of different capacities need to be packed into containers of different specifications. For example, a 1 ton per day machine requires a 40'HQ container.

A: Usually, we use T/T.
