TPF Cooking oil purifier mainly used to process some vegetable cooking oils, such as rapeseed oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, soybean oil and other vegetable oils, as well as some old fried edible oils. In the crude oil that comes out after pressing, the edible oil contains plant residues, moisture, etc. The TPF vacuum cooking oil purifier can effectively remove residues, moisture, etc. from the oil. This machine uses vacuum negative pressure dehydration, and the process temperature is lower than 60 centigrade degrees, with high-speed dehydration function, The original beneficial components in vegetable oil will not be destroyed during the filtering process, and the original clear fragrance of vegetable oil will not be destroyed. TPF Cooking oil purifier is especially suitable for the fine treatment of vegetable oil. The whole machine is made of foodgrade stainless steel 316. 1. Heater: Heating the oil

2. Primary filter: remove the big impurities which are biggest than 40μ, it can avoid the jam in

    each oil pipe and reduce the abrasion of oil pump

3. Fine filter: Remove particles (1-5μ)

4. Solenoid valve: Connect with Electric-float-valve, control oil level

5. Water receiver: Collecting the waste water from oil.

6. Vacuum separator: Remove the water, moisture and gas from oil.

7. Air fan: cooling water vapor by air

8. Media Cooler: Using special media materials to make vapor to liquid water

9. Vacuum pump: Pump air (vacuum source)

10. Solenoid -float: Connect with Electromagnetic valve, keep oil level balance.

11. Oil pump: Pump out the oil

12. Single way valve: Avoid oil flow back

13. Fine filter: Remove small particles from oil (3 micron)
